Jeffrey Holtan is originally from Hartford, Wisconsin.  He is a graduate of Northwestern College (BA, 1990), and Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary (MDiv, 1994; STM, 2006).  As a part of his seminary training, he served as vicar at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada from August 1992 to August 1993.  He served St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in St. Clair, Minnesota from his ordination in January of 1995 until February of 2000.  He  served Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Waupaca, Wisconsin from March of 2000 until May 1, 2011.  He served as Pastor at Divine Peace, in Milwaukee, WI from May 15, 2011 to June 16, 2011.  He currently works at Delta Media LLC in Jackson, WI.
